p4 day camp~~

lOlx went for 2 days of p4 day camp..
ytd we went tO visit kampong glam where dey have a tourist guide explaining to the kids about the place, the malay race & the religion of islam...
the kids were very funny; buy when dey see smth tt's interesting/ cheap haha..
dey bought some musical instruments like the bird flute & even a small vial of perfume that muslims can use @ only $1..
visited the mosque, place where a wedding ceremony is held,sultan palace, graveyard etc..

today was more exhausting!
went to pasir ris park for a full day camp..
my group 1st went for "amazing race" sort of a scavenger hunt..becOs of tt i'm more familiar with the park..
then after that dey did field coOking..that was a disaster as almost all the lighters were spoiled zZZ...
had sand castle building after tt..haha my grp even constructed a underground waterway & underground tunnel to the dungeons beside the castles but it wasn't the best cOs it was quite scattered lOlx..the best grp did a really neat jOb! It was like a small city with stairs & bridges/ wallkways..
after that dey learnt how to pitch a tent~

drank sO many packet drinks today..
had really goOd fun with the teachers..couldn't stOp luffing haha..
toO bad it kept raining in the later part of the afternoOn..kinda delayed the camp a lil..
but overall the kids had goOd fun & we had many chances to slack as well hahha..

Oh man soO tired after this zZz...

OMG busier than usual this week...
gOing out for some stuff like everyday after wOrk cOs there's nO other time 2 dO them lOlx..

today is my official last day as a relief teacher (i still had 2 go back on mon & tues for p4 camp)
hmMMm...kinda miss some of the teachers there like tracy, ravinder, lawrence, narnie(my crunchyroll kaki) & of course my jie-mei! lOlx..

what seem like a huge of RT & untrained peeps ( abt 10)..
to the 5 of us whO left tOday~~
gahHHhhH.
gonna miss the kids even thO dey can be pain in the ass quite a number of times lOlx..
& when dey realise we're leaving, could see the sad loOk on their faces!!
ahHHHH..i didn't get to take some of my fave kids cOs gt relief today..haiX.

str8 after all the photo-taking & best wishes, had 2 rush down to river valley fOr anOther jOb lOlx..
going to work as telemarketer for Manulife Financial next thurs onwards..
pay's harder to come by but get to stay in air-con the whole day & at least $10 daily allowance..you oso get to go home any time you want sO long as u find u've closed enough deals for the day...
i just hOpe i dO decently well at the jOb soO i have to work on my persuasive & communication skills~~

i didn't realise it's so near orchard until tOday lOlx..
oh wells..i've visted like 3-4 times already this week & i'm going there again tml ahHHh..haha..

lOlx..been buying clOthings recently..
bought 3 tops on saturday, 1 dress on sunday & 1 pair of shorts today...
it's the GREAT SINGAPORE SALE lOlx..
and i can tell you each piece of clothing costs below $20 cOs it's discount discount discount!!

oh wells..wad great buys.

visited FASS@NUS on saturday..
hmM...wasn't really a massive open house; attended a talk on psychology~~

went to the IDP @ RELC today at orange grove rOad becOs jessie was tinking of applying to aust.
soO the guy gave quite a few options & if she wants to study in july, she has to make a decision by the end of the weEk lOlx..that's extremely fast compared to the rate i'm gOing lOlx..
anyways, the conclusion is to get a specialised degree (wadever heck it is) as compared 2 a general deg like mass comm/ business administration..
and of course to study at a U that suits the deg u're applying fOr (not the other way round)...
as well as a U that suits your values & personality (in other words, u must feel happy & proud when u graduate from there)

soO i'm posing a qn to all:
do you feel happy & satisfied with your choice? lOlx.

gOt 2 drink my fave matcha milkshake at azabu sabO again!
lOlx..had a bit of black sesame ice cream toO but nothing beats the one in japan!
zZz..with regards to japan, i was wondering whether i should put jap studies as one of my modules in the 1st semester & comm in new media?

being a teacher is sO hard...

sighXx..
alright my temp jOb is ending soOn..
been pondering whether i shld continue for term 3..
but today was kinda my last straw when i brOke down in front of 4 Ki..

i felt a lil helpless & at the same time asking myself "why am i gOing through all these?"
what am i trying to achieve?
if it was just for $1000+, then i guess i wouldn't wanna work in july...
kinda pointless to work just for $$ if i had 2 slog everyday & go through such stress at least once or twice a week..

i realise my throat hasn't been strong anymore..
sore throat then recovering then the danger of getting sore throat again..
nOw i understand why the pay for teachers are sO high lOlx..
they have alot of responsibilities!
have to think of what's best & how 2 deal with different situations & different students...
hOw 2 be strict, firm & yet loved by all the students at the same time lOlx...
how they hated you when what you did was because you wanted the best for them..
hOw they waste your efforts...

but i didn't tink much when i was upset today..
i jus felt relieved i don't have 2 face the class for the rest of the day & that there're pple tO talk tO & understand how i'm feEling..
soO i was able 2 gO hougang stadium for napfa test this afternoOn!

played badminton with alvin & jessie afterwards...
altho jessie was super irritated by alvin's crap & stupid tactics, i was very entertained becOs without pple like him, life would be less fun lOlx..
still recalled what he told sheryl this morning "I hope the teacher taking over my class will be a hot, young lady!!" & he gives tt super perverted loOk tt only he can achieve hahaha...
then when she finally came, his face kinda fell lOlx~!
soO mean ahhas..

visited amk hub at last last sat..
lOlx..it's jus a pretty shOpping centre wif qutie a number of new shOps..
but i managed 2 find things i like sO i'm gOing there again soOn!
one bad thing is they dun have enough foOdies..
got quite a hard time getting what i wanna eat lOlx..maybe i was expecting toO much out of a small shOpping centre hEex.

gOT sore throat becOs of the pepper lunch i ate that day..argHx..i was sO worried i can't project my voice on monday..thankfully i could manage..
skoO's becoming a chOre..everything is becoming dull zZz...

but becOs of that, i've been hoOked on internet videOs..the recent one is a japanese drama called "The Queen's ClassroOm" which Narnie and I accidentally found in the staff roOm.. lOlx..
It's quite different from the other dramas u usually seE & the main protagonist are sixth graders & a teacher from hell lolx..

soO it ain't some sweEt & kiddy drama..
in fact the total opposite...hehx.
alright, i'm gonna relax for the next 2 days...
dowan 2 make myself sO uptight like today with that 4 JOy..

recently been grouchy over my hair..
the prime of my life is ending soOn...ahHHHh.
but i must have patience ( i reminded piggy 2 remind me if i had such crazy tots); i cannOt snip it off just cOs it's unsatisfying...ZzZ.

sometimes i feel when i feel grouchy, it gets worse
& when i'm relaxed, it's gets better...seEms as if it has a life of its own..
oh rubbish..just a couple of dead cells! lOlx..
however, the top layer of our skin (which are oso dead cells) seems 2 b "alive & breathing" toO..
soO perhaps it can be said the same fOr hair lOlx...

oOkies i better stOp this before my readers attempt to strangle me haha...

nOthing much happened this few days cOs it's exam periods..
soO timetable was even more slack except for last 2 hrs or sO where i'll be teacher aid in 2 Harmony..
a girl from this class then told me her friend wants 2 b a tOmbOy..i went O.O..i wanted 2 ask her whether her fren meant lesbian lOlx..

speaking of being a boy; it's really soO soO much better!!
1st. they dun have periods.
2nd. they're not the one conceiving.
3rd. they have a lower risk of getting hurt mentally, physically & emotionally;maybe because of that, parents do not place a curfew on boys as compared 2 girls.
4th. when they gO ns (that's the point they complained), they get 2 have monthly allowance of $400(which they don't get 2 spend alot since dey're stuck inside most of the time) & are even more heavily subsidised for their uni tuition fees, extra pay for their jOb & other financial benefits for the rest of their lives..gOsh.
5th. they're called a flirt when they foOl around but girls are called sluts when we fool around.
6th. when in trouble, a boy has a higher possibility of being able 2 fend for themselves as compared 2 a girl.

hOw unfair is that? lOlx..
maybe u all can give me more points 2 add on lOlx..

went for judO on thurs wif kitty..
qinqi ps-ed us last min! hmpf hmpf!
lOlx...went there; saw a lot of J1s & only 3 J2s dOts.
haha.. i guess piggy was quite surprised 2 see me hEeX.

luckily it was groundwork only..
still, i woke up the next morning wif a million aches lOlx..
& is still aching bleahX.

went out wif my judO jie-meis fOr dinner last nite..
haha ate at new york new york..the price is slightly cheaper than billy bombers wif a bigger pOrtion?
taste: 3.5 stars..except for the jiggy piggy (pork chop) which linnie ate was surprisingly goOd lOlx..
i wanna gO there next tym 2 try their seafood platter for 2 cOs the pOrtion is humongous O.O & only $33!!
it's far more worth it than fish & co. and manhanttan fish market~

and i saw smth suitable for my 1st anniversary hehehe...
nOw i regret nt buying it ytd. dOts.

went 2 gloria jean's for coffee wif only $4 left..
i ordered a mint choc bomb..refreshing!
that's where we toOk loads of stupid pics hahah..
then kitty insisted we do some lighting adjustment on his face..haha soO he put the gloria jean's paper on his head..soO dumb lOlx.
but the spot light over there was sO brite u would tink the photo was taken during daytime lOlx..

then i was tricked into taking taxi with them & had 2 wait for half hr..
and everytime a taxi pass the taxi stand without picking anyone, kitty would curse it lOlx..
and then he started cursing the other cars toO lOlx..and the people who got off the taxi..
at one time, an SAJC student finally got a taxi..i tink i blurted out really loud "What! only 1 boy?" lOlx..
gOsh..

there're also a couple of times where dey're 2-3 pple in the taxi & only 1 gets off..soO he cursed them lOlx..
then comes a taxi wif only 1 person hahaha..
sO embarrassing lar! he started saying "let's see how many times he can get off!"
i tink the 3 guys in front of us were trying hard nt tO luff..

i tink he got sO frustrated he had a picture taken wif the taxi stand & the middle finger hahahas...

then qinqi started going high(due to high levels of caffeine) & kitty began 2 start talking & yawning at the same time when we were finally in the taxi.
and throughout the whole journey, we toOk pics again lOlx..

oh now my body still aching..arghX!
haha..and ntu jus called me saying dey're reviewing my 2nd-5th choice (sucks..my mass comm interview really didn't work lOlx..) & i may get an interview wif them next week..
i rejected them sO he asked "Oh issit because you got an offer from nus?"
oOps..lOlx.
dey must be sO pissed ahhaa..

yay it's labour day at last!
went 2 tOwn wif piggy, see if can catch spiderman 3..
hehe..gOt it but it was at the 2nd row..it ain't that bad actually..my neck wasn't cranking at all lOlx..
was glad we bought the tix in the late morning (there's hardly anyone at orchard then)..
when it's arnd 2+, u can see the ticket boOths with long queues!

OMG! i finally saw a lamborgini hehe..
We were soO curious wad model was it then when i peered closely "L..a..m..b..o..r..", i almost screamed lOlx..
it's really coOl..yellow & black; parked outside mandrin hotel!
but wad a waste when u can't speed in singapore lOlx..

saw sheryl and andrew, my RT friends.haha
andrew loOks like a blur tortOise lOlx..
and sheryl was giving me tt cheEky smile cOs she gOt 2 meet piggy at last lOlx..

ahHHH..saw sO many things that i like but i already promised nOt 2 splurge even when i have the urge to buy that victorian blOuse eEEEkk.
but still, i bought a natural beige pearl powder frm sasa cOs it's shimmery & light lOlx..

spidey 3 was nOt bad..
lOts of action & a few funny bits..
the venOm was extremely scary..in fact it's grotesque yucks.
oh yea & of cos there're main characters whO died..
the last part was pretty touching..cOs peter finally gOt the true story behind his uncle ben's death & he found the heart 2 forgive the man who killed his uncle..
Harry also realised he wronged his friend after so many misunderstanding & damage done to himself.

& i like the part when MJ & Peter gazed at the stars lying on a huge spider web...
